Key Payment Terms for Candidates –
1. Registration Charges Will Be Applicable .
2. Payment Will Be on Candidate or Company Account , If Company Not Willing to Pay then Candidate Have To Pay the Agency Charges , Fees Will be Upto 6% of Annual CTC as company Offered time of Selection.
भुगतान उम्मीदवार या कंपनी के खाते पर होगा, यदि कंपनी भुगतान करने को तैयार नहीं है तो उम्मीदवार को एजेंसी शुल्क का भुगतान करना होगा, कंपनी द्वारा चयन के समय की पेशकश के अनुसार शुल्क वार्षिक सीटीसी का 6% तक होगा।
3. After Make Acceptation of job Or Confirmation after Selection to Client / Company / Employer and Not Joined Company for Any Reason , Shree Balaji Agency Can Charge as Consultancy Fees Upto 5% of Annual CTC as company Offered .
3. ग्राहक / कंपनी / नियोक्ता के चयन के बाद नौकरी की स्वीकृति या पुष्टिकरण और किसी भी कारण से कंपनी में शामिल नहीं होने के बाद, श्री बालाजी एजेंसी कंपनी की पेशकश के अनुसार वार्षिक सीटीसी के 5% तक परामर्श शुल्क के रूप में चार्ज कर सकती है।

4. कंपनी में शामिल होने के बाद यदि उम्मीदवार ने शामिल होने के 3 महीने के भीतर अपनी नौकरी छोड़ दी, तो श्री बालाजी एजेंसी परामर्श शुल्क के रूप में कंपनी द्वारा प्रस्तावित चयन के समय वार्षिक सीटीसी का 5% तक शुल्क ले सकती है।
5. Payment After 30 Days of Joining if Liability on Candidate .
5. यदि उम्मीदवार पर देयता है तो शामिल होने के 30 दिनों के बाद भुगतान।
6. Interested & Penalty Will Be Decide By Shree Balaji Agency If Candidate Failed to Pay After 30 Days of Joining to Shree Balaji Agency , Which will Be Not More then One Month Gross Salary .
6. यदि उम्मीदवार शामिल होने के 30 दिनों के बाद श्री बालाजी एजेंसी को भुगतान करने में विफल रहता है, तो ब्याज और जुर्माना श्री बालाजी एजेंसी द्वारा तय किया जाएगा, जो एक महीने के सकल वेतन से अधिक नहीं होगा।
7. Call Letter Processing Charges Will Applicable, Per Schedule 90/- (W.E.F) 01st Sept 2023

UIDAI makes online document update in Aadhaar free of cost; to benefit millions of residents
The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has decided to allow residents to update documents in their Aadhaar online free of cost, a people-centric move that will benefit millions of residents. As part of Digital India initiative, the UIDAI took the decision and is urging residents to get the benefit of free document update facility on myAadhaar portal. The free service is available for the next three months, i.e., March 15 to June 14, 2023. It is important to note that this service is free only on myAadhaar portal and will continue to attract a fee of Rs 50 at physical Aadhaar centres, as in the case earlier. The UIDAI has been encouraging residents to upload Proof of Identity and Proof of Address (PoI/PoA) documents to revalidate their demographic details, especially if Aadhaar was issued 10 years back and never got updated. This will help in improved ease of living, better service delivery and enhances authentication success rate. If there is a need to change demographic details (Name, Date of Birth, Address, etc), the residents can use regular online update service, or may visit nearest Aadhaar centre. In such cases normal charges will apply.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of Section 301 read with section 138, 250, 257, 258, 261, 263, 264 and section 317 of The Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Municipal Council Regulation, 2004, the Silvassa Municipal Council hereby makes the following Draft Bye-Laws. These Bye-Laws are hereby published, as required by clause(b) of sub-section (3) of Section 301 of the said Regulation, and notice is hereby given that the draft of the said bye-laws will be taken into consideration on the expiry of 15 days from the date of publication of this notification. Any person who intends to make any objection or suggestion regarding these draft Bye-Laws may send the same to the Chief Officer, Silvassa Municipal Council, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu, Union Territory within the period specified above. Any objections or suggestions, which may be received by the Chief Officer, Silvassa Municipal Council, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, within the aforesaid period shall be considered by the council.

Advisory on opting for payment of tax under the forward charge mechanism by a Goods Transport Agency (GTA)
In compliance of Notification No. 03/2022-Central Tax (Rate), dated 13th July, 2022, an option is being provided on the portal to all the existing taxpayers providing Goods Transport Agencies Services, desirous of opting to pay tax under the forward charge mechanism to exercise their option. They can navigate Services > User Services > Opting Forward Charge Payment by GTA (Annexure V), after login, to submit their option on the portal.
Option in Annexure V FORM is required to be submitted on the portal by the Goods Transport Agencies every year before the commencement of the Financial Year. The Option once filed cannot be withdrawn during the year and the cut-off date for filing the Annexure V FORM is 15th March of the preceding financial year.
Annexure V has been made available on the portal for GTA’s to exercise their option for the Financial Year 2023-24, which would be available till 15TH March, 2023.
